- Can use frigokinesis
- can make icestatues out of nowere (usally uses this to impress others)

- can survive extremly cold temperatures (even if he hates being cold)

- his human part makes him more vulnerable
- he always feels extremly cold, so just taking off his coat makes him shake wildly and he can't really fight like that

Origin:
Hideo was born into a japanese cult that worshipped the yokai (jap. spirit) Yuki-Onna like a god.
Everytime when there was snow outside this cult went to their 'special place' where they begged Yuki- onna to appear to donate them a very special child. They even sacrificed one of their own for this.
One day she actually appeared and accepted to be impregnated by Daiki Kawaguchi, Hideos father (The cult thought he was 'the choosen one' for that).
One year later Yuki-onna came back to bring them Hideo, her son.

Every since he was 6 this cult made alot rituals with him who became more extreme from time to time.
At the age of 9 he started to feel extremly cold and had to wear scarfs and gloves to keep him from freezing to death.
He also dicovered his powers there and trained himself to use these.

When he was 18 he finally had enough of that cult and froze all of them to death and escaped to search for his mother to find out how he could actually stay warm for a while (hotsprings and fires only help for a short amount of time)...

Why he kills:
(he didn't found that out yet~)
He has to kill humans in order to take some of their organs so he could eat them.
It actually keeps him warm for at least 2 days.
